Searches on the business directory

Restaurants certainly do fall high in the searches. Our directories are aimed and marketed to the people who live here. You will find that most directory websites and products here are solely aimed at tourists as it used to be the best area to gain revenue. But as the island changes we see more and more business 2 business opportunities arising. The lack of tourism presently has hurt many businesses, and this in turn has a domino effect. But if we look for new direction, we will find our products can be as appealing to residents as they are to the tourist trade.

Lets take builders for example, they are an extremely high search on our systems, people are not concerned with moving house here once they have relocated, and the use of builders will increase as the credit crunch across the globe takes its grip. Instead of moving house we will take a cheaper option and improve what we have.

Then we have furniture, instead of buying new furniture in Tenerife; we will probably use the services of Tenerife carpenters, and let them fix up what we have. Second hand shops in Tenerife will boost their sales as more people will turn to them for bits and bobs. I know a local guy in a Tenerife bar near to me in Los Cristianos. He has furnished his whole Tenerife apartment using the local second hand dealers. And with the euros he had left over, was able to visit the local garden centre in Fanabe, down near Costa Adeje, to purchase flowers, for his windows.

I see the business directory for Tenerife growing, and improving on its businesses, and with the Network meetings being held by Business pages Tenerife, the B2B opportunities will grow along side my friend’s flowers, hahaha
